In-stock items: It ranges from same day delivery to 14days delivery, depending on the courier service chosen and the location of the receiver.

Pre-order: It usually takes 25-40 days for orders to arrive. Some slight delays might occur due to custom clearance. 

Customers can choose different Shipping Methods as such:

Post Office (IndiaPost)

• Normal shipping: No extra shipping charge.
• Speed Post: Ranges from Rs.40-500/-. Depending on location and weight.

Delhivery (safer option)

• Ranges from Rs. 150-1000/- Depending on location and weight.

• Wash your hands with soap and water before handling your lenses.
• Use a designated contact lens solution to clean, rinse, and store your lenses.
• Do not use the lenses over the duration mentioned.
• Keep the lenses in solution after opening for first time at least for 6-12hours before wearing them.
• Avoid using water or saliva to clean your lenses, as it can introduce harmful bacteria.
• Follow the recommended wearing schedule provided by your eye care professional.
• Replace your contact lens case every 3 months to prevent bacterial buildup.
• Avoid sleeping or swimming with your lenses in, unless they are specifically designed for extended wear.
• If you experience any discomfort or irritation, remove your lenses immediately and consult your eye care provider.

• Unopened lens: Please check the lenses before opening.

• Returns Eligibility: - We accept returns within 5 days from the date of purchase. - To be eligible for a return, items must be unused in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. - Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. - Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
