Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility:
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• Color: Minor color variations caused by lighting, screen resolution, or photography are not considered defects.
• Length: Slight differences in length (6 cm or less) do not qualify for a return.
• Style: Many products shown in photos are already styled or trimmed for display purposes. Customers may need to style them according to their own preferences.
• Shine: There might be difference in real life shine and the product pictures.

Item Condition:
The product must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Personal preference

• Size issues

• Change of mind

Return Period:
Returns are accepted within 3 days from the date of receiving the product.

Refund Process:
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Care Instruction:

Loose Strands Removal: It is normal for a few loose strands to be present initially. Follow these steps to remove loose strands:

• Gently comb through the wig using a wide-toothed comb or a wig brush.
• Hold the wig at the base and comb from the ends towards the roots, working your way up gradually.
• If you encounter any tangles or knots, avoid pulling forcefully. Instead, use your fingers or a wig detangling spray to gently work through the knots.
• Carefully trim the remaining loose strands with a small pair of scissors, being cautious not to cut any significant hair fibres.

Proper Storage: To maintain the quality and longevity of your wig, it is crucial to store it correctly. Follow these guidelines:

• Detangle: Before you store it, please make sure the wig is free from tangles or knots.
• Avoid direct sunlight: Store your wig in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, the rays can cause colour fading and damage the fibres.
• Keep inside the package: Always try to keep the wig inside the package provided with a small hole, so it is breathable and last longer.
